Returns and Refunds

Standard return window (cash refund path)
- You have 6 hours after delivery to file a return.
- After filing, you have 6 hours to deliver the item back to ALEINÍ.
- Approved returns in this window receive a cash refund to your original payment method where applicable.

Extended return window (ALEINÍ tokens refund path)
- If the standard 6-hour windows pass, a last 7-day window opens to file and deliver your return.
- Returns accepted in this extended window are refunded as ALEINÍ tokens (store credit), not cash.

General
- Some categories may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons.
- Refunds or token credits are issued once returned items are inspected and accepted.
